Store Policies

All services and installations are done on a first come, first served basis.  Our schedule is usually full, so most modifications and/or template installs can take up to two (2) weeks from the date of purchase.  If you are on a deadline, need to know our schedule in advance or want to schedule a specific date for your work to be done, please contact us before purchasing.  Most simple customizations such as premade banners or logos are completed within 24 hours.
 
Payment Options:
 
We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and Personal Checks (Canadian and other International buyers, please see details below). Orders will not be processed until payment in full has been made and we have received all information necessary to complete your order.
 
Credit Card Transactions:
 
We are an authorized Visa and MasterCard merchant.  In order to process and verify your credit card, it is necessary to collect your name, address, and credit card account number. The transmission of this information is completed over a secure link.  You will be connected using a secure (SSL) connection and all information is transmitted in an encrypted form.

When you place an order with us you have the following options available for payment: 
 
Premade Items and Custom Orders (under $50.00) - Total amount will be billed to your credit card as soon as your item has been ordered.  We will personalize your item if applicable and then email you to let you know your order has been completed and is available for download.  Items marked 'Download' will be available for downloading as soon as you've completed checkout.
 
Custom Orders ($50.00 or more) - We require payment in full prior to any work being done.  Custom orders take a considerable amount of time even in the 'planning' stages.  The prices quoted on this site are the total amount you will be charged UNLESS you change your mind and/or the design after we have begun work on the project.  If you begin making numerous changes, requesting additional work, etc., our hourly rate of $30.00/per hour will go into effect and you will be billed for the additional time.
 
 
 
Check and Money Order Transactions:
 
We accept check and money order payments through our shopping cart. Orders will be pending until payment is received. Orders will be held in pending payment status for two weeks after which time they will be voided. If you choose this option please remember to send in your payment!  We reserve the right to withhold delivery of orders paid via check until the check has cleared our bank, which can take up to 14 days. There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

International Check/Money Order Transactions: 
 
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card purchases through our website shopping cart. We also accept the PINK USPS International Postal Money Orders.  Sorry, but due to bank processing fees we cannot accept any other type of money order or personal checks for International purchases. 

Please note - All items on this website are digital download or "service" type products.  Due to the nature of these type products, any and all purchases are non-refundable.
