First...what do all those confusing terms mean?

Premade - Ready to go 'as is'.  Nothing added other than your name/slogan.  Some of our premade templates do include 'tweaking'.  See below for what this includes.

Basic Custom Design - Bare minimum customizing.  Your choice of background, font and text.

Custom Design - Basic customizing will be done.  We'll add a background of your choice, up to two images and put your name/slogan on it in the font of your choice.

Specialty Custom Design - Extensive customizing starting from scratch, including original hand drawn graphics if requested.

"Tweaking" - Minor template changes to a premade template such as addition of logo to header, one or two simple color changes, etc.  Please note:  This does not constitute a complete color change or redo of a premade template.  Changes such as those are considered 'customizing' and you should purchase one of our custom design packages.

How do I make my customizing selections?

Each item will have the 'basic' customizing information included in it's description, such as:

• Custom Text

• Font Choice

• Font Color

• Background Choice

Your background can be selected by either providing us with a link to a background you've already chosen or if you don't have a specific background in mind, you can simply type in what theme you have in mind (ex: scenic, animals, floral, etc.) and then we'll provide you with a selection of backgrounds to choose from.

If you have any other special requests or need to provide us with additional information about your order, just add it into the 'Comments' section during checkout.

This is crucial to getting your items customized the way you want them.  We don't want your samples to get lost in cyberspace!

How will I receive my order once it's completed?

You'll receive an email from us telling you your order has been completed.  When you receive this email, either your order will be attached or we'll direct you to simply login to your account where it will be available to download!   Just click the download button and tell it where you want it saved on your computer.  If for some reason you have any trouble whatsoever, just let us know and we'll be glad to help you.
